Everybody has a story. Mine just happens to start with a UPS truck.

I was a UPSer for 20 years, driving, managing, training, until life took me down a different road. I went through a divorce, got full custody of my kids, and made the decision to step away from UPS so I could raise them full time. That’s what brought me here to Martinsburg,  a fresh start, a new chapter.

As a single dad with a teenager and a five-year-old, I learned quick that a clean house wasn’t just about looks, it was about sanity. My kids joke with me all the time, saying they know when I’ve been cleaning because the whole house smells like bleach, Pine-Sol, or Windex. Truth is, they’re not wrong. I’ve always been that guy who keeps things spotless.

So after three years of making the panhandle home, I figured: why not share that with other people? That’s where OCD Property Care comes in. We bring the same level of detail I put into my own house into yours, every corner, every surface, done right.
